Modifying Tee Times, Cancellations, and No-Shows

You can modify or cancel your tee time online in your profile or by calling the Golf Shop at (303) 277-8750. To avoid no-show charges, reduce your number of players / cancel your tee time 20 hours or more in advance. Fossil Trace reserves the right to add players to your tee time to create a complete foursome.

Paying for your Round

Guests will pay at the Golf Shop during check-in via the credit card on file or by paying separately. To use the card on file, we will need authorization from the owner of that card.

Rental Clubs

We ask that each golfer has their own set of clubs while playing. For rental clubs, we are proud to offer premium 2024 TaylorMade Qi10 club sets (stiff shaft). Women’s rental clubs are a TaylorMade Kalea set. Rentals also includes tees and a sleeve of TaylorMade balls.

Reservation for rental clubs ahead of time is not required. A driver’s license is held while rental clubs are on the course.

Rental Carts & Spectators

The golf cart fee is included with the green fee for each person playing golf. Single riders will be paired up with another guest – totaling 2 carts per 4 players.

Spectators are welcome to follow along in a cart for an additional golf cart fee.

Dress Code

Appropriate golf attire for all guests is appreciated. Our Golf Shop offers a variety of apparel and shoes for purchase if you are looking to complete your look.

Handicap Flags

Handicapped golf cart privileges may be extended only to qualified individuals who: possess a state issued ID, handicap-parking disability placard, or possess a written medical doctor’s note. Please present one of the three documents upon check-in at the pro shop.

Food & Beverage

The Footprints at Fossil Trace is a full-service restaurant and bar. The offer sit-down meals, grab-and-go items, and drink/snack service on the course. Be sure to come with an appetite – their food is truly superb!
