Group Golf Outings

For groups larger than 24 players

• Looking for charity or corporate tournament information for 2024? Our limited number of shotgun start dates are sold out.
• Carefully read the fee structure and details for scheduling tee times prior to filling this form.
• Group Outings – start time depends on group preference and availability. Foursomes tee off consecutively every 10 minutes.
• A signed Group Golf Outing agreement is required along with a deposit to secure tee times.

For groups of 24 players or fewer

• Book directly at fossiltrace.com using the “Groups” function for tee times.

• Players may pay individually when they arrive. If players fail to show on the date of play, refunds/rain checks will not be issued, and the full green fee amount will be charged to group coordinator.
• Personalized cart signs, on-course events, and range setup may complement group tee times.
• Premium rental equipment, food & beverage services, and merchandise is available upon request for an additional fee.
