Is my credit card charged when I reserve my tee time?

Payment for green fees is not due at the time of booking, but made in the Golf Shop during check-in on the date of play.

If you cancel or modify your tee time at least 20 hours in advance, the credit card holder will not be charged. Failure to cancel unused tee times in that time frame will result in your credit card being automatically charged the full rate for each unused slot.

The group contact is personally liable to Fossil Trace Golf Club for any loss or damages suffered by Fossil Trace Golf Club by any guest or invitee of the group.
