Booking tee times at Fossil Trace Golf Club is easy with our online booking system. The following instructions will help you navigate our system to find the times that work for your schedule.
All bookings for in-season tee times reserved 8 or more days in advance are considered Preferred Reservations. We begin accepting Preferred Reservations for the 2024 season (April 24th to November 2nd, 2024) on December 1st, 2023. These reservations can only be made online.
Keep the following information in mind when booking Preferred Reservations:
• Bookings reserved 8 or more days in advance are 18-hole reservations only
• The rates listed when booking will apply to all Preferred Reservations – resident, senior, junior, military, etc. rates DO NOT APPLY for tee times booked 8 days or more days in advance
• Click on the “Groups” button (upper right corner of the page) when booking for 5 or more players – you can book up to 24 players with one group reservation
2024 ONLINE TEE TIMES NOW AVAILABLE, BOOK HERERegular reservations can be reserved within 7 days of play.
Rates for regular reservations are based on an individual’s residency. Resident, senior, junior, military, etc. rates ONLY apply for tee times booked 7 days or less in advance.
When booking any reservation, you agree to our reservation and cancellation policies outlined below:
• Preferred Reservations – Resident fees are not applicable when making a preferred reservation. The full green fee amount will automatically be charged for each player not cancelled 20 hours or more in advance.
• Regular Reservations – Fees are based on residency when making a regular reservation. $30 will automatically be charged for each player not cancelled 20 hours or more in advance.
Payment for green fees is not due at the time of booking, but made in the Golf Shop during check-in.
Carts
• Singles will be paired with another guest – 2 carts per 4 players
• Handicap cart privileges will extend to qualified individuals who possess a state-issued ID, handicap parking disability placard or doctor’s note
Groups
• If you have fewer than 4 players, you will be paired with others to make a group of 4
Practice Range
• On artificial mats until April 2024
