Media & Photo Release Agreement
Any individual who enters upon or participates in any activity at Fossil Trace Golf Club, a facility owned and operated by the City of Golden, including but not limited to tee times, practice, lessons, camps, clinics, club fittings, tournaments, events, or other programs, acknowledges and agrees to the following Media & Photo Release:
I understand that photographs, video recordings, and/or other media may be captured on Fossil Trace Golf Club property by Fossil Trace Golf Club staff, representatives, or authorized agents. I hereby grant permission to Fossil Trace Golf Club to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, and/or voice, or that of my minor child for whom I am the parent or legal guardian.
I authorize Fossil Trace Golf Club to use such photographs or recordings for legitimate club-related purposes, including but not limited to:
- The Fossil Trace Golf Club website (fossiltrace.com)
- Printed marketing materials and flyers
- Digital promotions and advertisements
- Social media platforms operated by Fossil Trace Golf Club
I understand and agree that these images will be used solely to promote Fossil Trace Golf Club and its programs and activities. Images and recordings will not be sold, licensed, or provided to third parties for commercial use.
I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of any images or recordings and that participation in activities at Fossil Trace Golf Club constitutes consent to this release. I release and hold harmless Fossil Trace Golf Club, the City of Golden, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising from the use of such photographs or recordings, including claims related to invasion of privacy, publicity, or misappropriation.
This release applies to all media now known or hereafter developed and is granted in perpetuity.
If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Fossil Trace Golf Club staff in advance, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.
By booking a tee time, registering for a program, participating in an activity, or otherwise entering Fossil Trace Golf Club property, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Media & Photo Release.
