As one of the premier destination golf course experiences in Colorado, the Fossil Trace Golf Club professional staff will assist you in the planning and setup of your golf tournament or group outing. Since the golf course opened in 2003, Fossil Trace has received many accolades and built a reputation as the preeminent venue to host a golf tournament.
We are celebrated for the memorable Jim Engh designed golf course, pristine course conditions, easily accessible location, and committed & organized staff. The focus of our tournament model is to partner with your organization or group to create an experience that is easy for you and memorable for your guests.
A 36-player minimum is required for a shotgun start. A modified shotgun start will be held for 36 – 120 players
All AM Tournaments begin at 7:30am (May – July) or 8:00am (August)
All PM Tournaments require a half-day course buyout regardless of total player count. PM Tournaments begin at 1:30pm (through August)

Group Outing Requirements
For groups more than 24 players
Rates are demand-based priced and adjust in real-time based on demand, availability, and other changing factors. Fees apply to all players.
A refundable deposit of $400 is required with a signed agreement in order to reserve the tee times. Failure to complete both will result in forfeiture.
Upon receipt of the deposit, players may pay individually when they arrive. If players fail to show on the date of play, refunds/rain checks will not be issued, and the total will be deducted from the deposit.
Final player count is due 10 days in advance of the date of play.
Personalized cart signs, on-course events,and range setup will complement group tee times. Rental clubs, food & beverage services, and merchandise is available upon request for an additional fee.
