Private Instruction
Fossil Trace offers several lesson plans that will accommodate all types of golfers. Lessons are offered to juniors, beginners, and advanced golfers. Each lesson will be tailored to one's own ability and goals. Lessons are ½-hour or 1-hour in length and are typically booked in advance. Same day appointments may be made if available. Most private lessons will use computerized video analysis to help develop your swing. Lessons may be scheduled by calling the pro shop at (303) 277-8750 or you may book online.

Semi-Private Instruction
Each 1-hour semi-private lesson includes instruction for 2, 3, or 4 students. One-on-one attention will be given during the hour focusing on each student's swing. Corporate Clinics
Bring your clients or employees out for a 1, 2, or 3 hour clinic! Whether we are covering the Full Swing, Chipping, Putting or Bunkers, we can customize the clinic to suit your needs. Video analysis is also available. Instruction booklets, beverages, and dining can be included with each clinic. 2008 Adult Intro Clinics

Adult golf clinics are held regularly throughout the season. They are designed to give the golfer specialized training in various areas of the game in four 1-hour sessions. Beginner clinics are offered to both men and women. The clinics will be devoted to building solid fundamentals of the golf swing and short game, develop sound practice habits, and learn about rules and etiquette.

2008 Full Day Golf Schools

New for 2008! The Full Day Golf School is tailored for experienced golfers who want to better understand or get a refresher on all parts of the game. Led by PGA Director of Instruction Rick Ellefson, the school will cover the Full Swing with Video Analysis in the morning session, and short game, putting, and bunker play in the afternoon session. Also included are club fittings for woods, irons, and putters. The student will walk away with a clear understanding of what they need to work on and includes a gift package, video CD of your swing, written materials, lunch and refreshments. Schools have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 students from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The fee is $325 per person. 2008 Short Game Schools

If your full swing is in pretty good shape, but would like some help with your short game, we offer a 3-hour School that will help! You will find after participating in our short game school the techniques are quite easy to learn and you will see immediate improvement! You will learn proper set-up positions and techniques for the bump and run shots, toss shots, bunker shots. Putting will cover grip, set-up, green reading, distance control drills, and a putter fitting. We will teach you the proper stroke for “thought free” putting!
